100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Yoga Teacher Training in India, Certified

The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Gyan Yog Breath is a 14-day intensive course during which the participant will gain a comprehensive knowledge of yoga. The yoga beginner to intermediate is invited to become an expert in asana, pranayama, yoga physiology and philosophy, transformational meditation techniques & Emotional Blockage®Treatment.

The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training aims to increase your overall health, strength and flexibility. You will receive deep insights into what it’s like to become a yoga teacher and cover various subjects. This Yoga Teacher Training will teach you how to feel more relaxed, improve your concentration and implement a positive attitude towards yourself and life in general.

This course is specially designed for students who wish to become a yoga teacher, but do not have the time to commit to a one-month course. At the end of the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will receive a certificate that confirms your attendance and number of hours. At Gyan Yog Breath you can complete two 100 Yoga Teacher Training courses within one year and receive your Yoga Alliance registered 200 Hour Certification.

The training classes run every day except Sunday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Sundays, you can join one of our free outings: rafting, cave meditation, yoga on the beach, local market visit or trekking to the waterfalls.

100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course Outlines & Aims

Hatha Asana

Cover at least 80 hatha asanas with English and Sanskrit name

Learn and experience the benefit of each posture

Become familiar with sun salutations, twisting, sitting, standing and inverted postures

Learn and practise various pranayama techniques to calm your mind

Accommodation

The Gyan Yog Breath Ashram is located in Tapovan, Rishikesh.

The building has 20 comfortable single and double rooms with attached bathroom, personal dining/study room and wifi. Some rooms have an attached balcony as well.

During your 200 Hour Yoga TTC with us, you can choose between a single or double room.

We have an elevator and two big yoga halls. On the rooftop, we have a restaurant, terrace and hanging out area with sitting space. The rooftop is decorated with green plants and provides a beautiful 360° mountain view.

We have extra toilets attached to the yoga halls.

On Saturdays, our roof top hang out space, turns into a movie theatre. You can watch a movie and at the same time enjoy the sky full of stars.

The Restaurant is also equipped with benches and tables.

Food

During your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will receive three freshly prepared meals per day.

For breakfast we serve seasonal fruits, sweet or salty porridge, Oats, Soy milk, Indian Breakfast and teas.

Lunch and Dinner consist of changing cooked vegetables, rice, chapati, pulses (dhal), soups and salads. Sometimes we serve also sweets as desert and Western dishes for more variety.
