The people around you have a lot of influence and can lift you up in difficult times. Make sure you are surrounded by supportive people who know your worth when you need it the most.

4.Take each moment as it comes

Life is full of surprises, ups, downs, joy and not so joyful moments. Go with it and take each situation as it comes. Life can be hard, strange, painful sometimes. Just accept it as it is. After the rain comes sunshine!

5.Take difficult situations as opportunities to grow
