This 7-day Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh is for beginners to intermediates who desire to learn all about yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda in a comfortable, quiet, natural, and supportive space. The retreat content covers all subjects of yoga from a foundational base and is suitable for beginner to intermediate practitioners.

During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to join one of our planned excursions. We offer a Waterfall/ Trekking trip,  cave meditation  or visiting the local markets.

Our ashram Ayurvedic Doctor, Dr Vipul Arya, will be available for free one-on-one ayurvedic consultations, pulse diagnosis and recommendations about herbal supplements and diet.

The retreat classes are held six days a week from 7:00AM to 6:00PM.

All meals provided are based on a sattvic, vegetarian diet. We offer seasonal fruits and vegetables, grains, dairy products and occasionally a sweet dish.

    Practise body-balancing hatha yoga on the riverbanks of the Holy Ganges River. The daily Sunrise yoga classes on the beach encourage inner peace, calmness and rejuvenation. Our experienced asana teachers will guide you into more flexibility, mind-body connection and bliss. With well-selected asana classes, you get to dive into the powerful healing properties of yoga and experience higher awareness.

    Daily Sunset Meditation

    Another highlight of this yoga retreat are the peaceful sunset meditations. Experience complete silence and stillness with a few natural bird sound in the background. Meditation aims to remove negative thought patterns and clears the mind tremendously. A regular practise encourages patience, mental focus and overall well-being. Your teacher will introduce you to a few different techniques that you can take home and continue to practise.

    Daily Yoga Philosophy or Ayurveda 

    Ayurveda is also known as the Science of Life. The ancient and holistic approach to a healthier and happier life consists of many elements such as theory of dosha, guna, diet, life-style and relationships. During this yoga retreat, you will not only learn the basics of Ayurvda, but also receive a free Ayurvedic consultation with pulse diagnose and recommendations on diet & herbal supplements.

You can choose between private or shared accommodation. Our ashram provides  a spacious and bright yoga hall, a roof-top terrace, restaurant and garden. The ashram is located right by the Ganges River and National Park which provides you with a peaceful and quiet setting. While listening to the birds, cows and even spotting an elephant sometimes, you can truly commit to a re-charging retreat and gain new energy.

    All rooms are equipped with an attached bathroom, hot water, wardrobe, big window front and desk and balcony/terrace furtniture.

    We have laundry facilities on site.

    On Saturdays, you can enjoy our movie nights.


    During the Yoga Retreat you will benefit from three freshly prepared vegetarian meals. We offer a buffet-style board with various vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses and salads.

    Choose from tasty and energising foods that are prepared with ayurvedic herbs for easy digestion.

    We do not use any processed or frozen ingredients.

    We do not serve any meat, fish or eggs.


    The deposit has to be paid in advance to confirm your seat.

    The remaining balance should be paid on arrival.
