The Gyan Yog Breath Ashram, located in a very peaceful part of Rishikesh, offers comfortable accommodation and a 360° Himalayan mountain view. This 12-day Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh is for beginners to intermediates who desire to learn all about yoga, meditation and yogic philosophy in a simple,natural and supportive space. The retreat content covers all subjects of yoga from at a foundational base.

During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to join two of our planned weekend excursions. We offer a Waterfall/ Trekking trip, Rafting, cave meditation & visiting the local markets.

Our ashram Ayurvedic Doctor, Dr Vipul Arya, will be available for free one-on-one ayurvedic consultations, pulse diagnosis and recommendations about herbal supplements and diet.

The retreat classes are held six days a week from 7:00AM to 6:00PM.

All meals provided are based on a sattvic, vegetarian diet. We offer seasonal fruits and vegetables, grains, dairy products and occasionally a sweet dish.

Course Fees & Prices

The regular course fee for our 12-Day Yoga Retreat for Beginner is:

800 USD                 

This includes 15 days shared accommodation with attached bathroom and WIFI, all meals, a taxi pick up from Dehradun Airport, a new Yoga Mat and two yoga books.

For private accommodation, we charge 100$ extra.

Accommodation

During the Yoga Retreat, you will live at the Gyan Yog Breath Yoga Ashram in Tapovan, Rishikesh. You can choose between private or shared accommodation. Our ashram provides two spacious and bright yoga halls, a roof-top terrace, restaurant and elevator.

All rooms are equipped with an attached bathroom, hot water, WIFI and a personal living room.

We have laundry facilities on site.

On Saturdays, you can enjoy our open-air movie nights.

Food

During the Yoga Retreat you will benefit from three freshly prepared vegetarian meals. We offer a buffet-style board with various vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses and salads.

Choose from tasty and energising foods that are prepared with ayurvedic herbs for easy digestion.

We do not use any processed or frozen ingredients.

We do not serve any meat, fish or eggs.

Notifications

The deposit has to be paid in advance to confirm your seat.

The remaining balance should be paid on arrival.

The retreat participant must follow the ashram rules.
